We are changing our helpdesk system to Zendesk!

Over the next week, we will be transitioning to the new HiFi Zendesk Support System.  This is available at and is already up and running for new tickets.

Note that our Zendesk system is separate and your old Kayako system ( user accounts will not be transferred.  User accounts on Zendesk are optional, but can be easily created if desired.

We will be requiring all new tickets to be made in the Zendesk system.  Existing open tickets that have not yet been resolved will continue to be handled on the older system until resolution.

Older Kayako system tickets will remain accessible for a short time (for reference), but will be inaccessible after we complete the transition.
